Three adamant kids from a small village of Assam take it up as a challenge to manage a Dhul, a traditional Assamese drum central to a Bihu performance, to perform Bihu, a local folk dance, unaware of the intricate challenges that make their dream look unachievable. The film documents their coming-of-age period while gazing at the changing family dynamics, the transition of Bihu culture, and the village undergoing a transformative journey.
